The Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee
will conduct a public hearing meeting at 7:30 pm
on June 20, 2023, at the Wales Town Hall, located
at 150 North State Street, Wales, Utah. Public
comment will be received concerning the
following agenda items.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
1. Meeting call to order
2. Roll call
3. Conforming lot subdivisions - proposal and discussion:
a. Jared & Liz Brotherson - create two conforming one-half acre lots from
existing 1.06 acre parcel at 12 North State Street.
b. James Roberts - create two conforming one-half acre lots from existing
1.06 acre parcel at 275 North 200 East.
c. James Roberts - create two conforming one-half acre lots from existing
1.06 acre parcel at 286 North 100 East.
d. James Roberts - create two conforming one-half acre lots from existing
1.06 acre parcel at 175 East 200 North.
e. James Roberts and Corey Walker - create four conforming one acre lots
from existing 4.6 acre parcel at 120 East 200 South.
f. Corey & Tracy Walker - create two conforming one-half acre lots from
existing 1.06 acre parcel at 180 South 100 East.
