9:00 AM Public hearing to discuss and take action on Promontory Liberty Ranch at Star Point Final Subdivision Plat and Final Site Plan. The applicant is requesting to allocate 40 units of employee housing in the Promontory Specially Planned Area, located at 6680 Promontory Ranch Rd., Promontory, Summit County, UT
