PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Park City Council will consider authorizing the City to enter into a below-market ground lease with JF ENGINEHOUSE DEVELOPER, LLC to facilitate development of an affordable housing project located at 1875 Homestake Drive. A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023. All interested persons are invited to participate in the public hearing in person or electronically and shall be given an opportunity to speak. Copies of the required study pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-8-2 that demonstrates the purpose for the below-market ground lease are available for public inspection at least 14 days prior to the scheduled public hearing in the City Recorder's Office during regular business hours and online at www.parkcity.org.
