- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Eagle Mountain City Council will conduct a public hearing on a petition to create up to ten (10) public infrastructure districts (the 'Districts') pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 17D-4-101 et seq (the 'Public Infrastructure District Act'). It is anticipated that the Districts will finance the design and construction of public infrastructure (roads, sewer, water, storm drain, and parks) within the Firefly Development. The Council will consider adopting a resolution creating the public infrastructure districts along with governing documents that dictate the management and authority of the Districts. A copy of the resolution and a map of the location of the proposed Districts (along with the boundary for annexation) are attached to this Notice. Hearing Date: June 20th, 2023 Time: 7:00pm Location: Eagle Mountain City Hall City Council Chambers 1650 East Stagecoach Run Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005 Purpose: Receive public feedback on the creation of up to ten Districts to provide financing for public infrastructure within the Firefly Development. The petition, staff reports, and associated informational materials will be available for review on the City's website (www.emcity.org) by June 16, 2023. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings.
