4.Review Emery County Hazard Plan Information by Jan Olsen.
5. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering report on current projects:
Jurassic National Monument Access Road
Lone Tree Bridge Project
Cleveland South Water Hydrant Projects
Trail Mountain Road 2023 Project
Bridge inventory report by J & T
6. Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects.
7. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds.

8. Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue:
For April 2023, in the gross amount of $160,953.24 less the Carbon shift of $1,423.00 for a net amount of $159,530.24
to be distributed as follows:
After EEMSSD's 5% of $7,976.51, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $151,553.73
ECSSD#1 - 47% $ 71,230.25
CVSSD - 16% $ 24,248.60
Fire SSD - 16% $ 24,248.60
Rec SSD - 16% $ 24,248.60
North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 7,577.68
10. Discussion of other business that may come before the Board.
