NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION OF ANNEXATION PETITION
Pursuant to UCA §10-2-405, acting as the City Recorder for Provo City, Utah, I do hereby give notice as follows:
1. On April 17, 2023, a petition was received proposing the annexation of approximately 9.1 acres of land, located at approximately 5500 N. Canyon Rd., Provo, Utah 84604. The petition was filed by Ellen V. Smith.
2. On May 2, 2023, the Provo City Council accepted the Petition for further consideration.
3. Because the original petition described two non-contiguous areas proposed for annexation, the original petition has been split into two separate petitions, an east parcel petition and a west parcel petition. The area proposed for annexation in the west parcel petition is described as follows:

SAID AREA CONTAINING 3. 46 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS.
4. I, with the assistance of the City Attorney, have determined that the petition meets the requirements of UCA §10-2-403(3) and (4).
5. Therefore, I do hereby certify the petition on May 22, 2023.
