NOTICE OF FIVE (5) PUBLIC HEARINGS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, Mt. Pleasant City will hold five (5) public hearings starting at the hour of 5:30 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment as follows:
1. Notice is hereby given that Mt. Pleasant City, Utah ('City') has prepared an Impact Fee Facilities Plan ('IFFP') and Impact Fee Analysis ('IFA'), including a summary of the impact fee analysis, and a proposed impact fee ordinance/impact fee enactment related to sanitary sewer for the entire boundaries of the City. Copies of all the foregoing are available for public review from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, at the City Offices at 106 West Main St., Mt. Pleasant, UT 84647, telephone (435) 462-2456, commencing on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. They also may be viewed on the City's website (www.mtpleasantcity.com).
2. The Mt. Pleasant Local Building Authority will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Local Building Authority Budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
3. The Mt. Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the Community Development and Renewal Agency budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
4. The Mt. Pleasant Library will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the library budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
5. Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the city budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024.
