NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 26, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 9:05 A.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 13, 2022.
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider retaining Haynie & Company for provision of auditing services to the District, and authorize the Chair to sign multi-year engagement letter.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-03B, A resolution of the Board of Trustees approving the withdrawal of approximately 1.887 acres from the District boundaries, following receipt of petition for withdrawal signed by property owners; authorizing the plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Review district financial statements for EOY 2022.
