PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the Amended 2023 FY Budget and 2024 FY Budget
The Public Hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled Council Meeting will begin at
6:00 P.M. ON
Thursday, June 1, 2023
at the Hanksville Community Center

Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council
Will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting in conjunction with the public hearing
The agenda shall be as follows:
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Prayer
- Roll Call
- Approval of Minutes from prior meeting
- Comments on the amended budget or 2024 FY budget
- Adoption of Amended Budget for July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023
- Adoption of Budget for July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024
NOTE: A COPY OF THE BUDGET IS AVAILABLE AT THE HANKSVILLE TOWN HALL COPY MAY BE VIEWED, BUT MAY NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICE.
- Report of officers
- New Business:
a. Six County Assoc. of Gov - Brock Jackson to discuss how they can help Hanksville
b. Change business license fee structure and amount
- Public Comment:
- Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4
