Notice and Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed.
The agenda shall be as follows:

Pledge of Allegiance
Business & Petitions (items to be voted upon)
1. Discussion and vote in consideration of water rate increase
2. Discussion and vote to discontinue using debit cards and approve using credit cards instead (general card, fire dept card).
The credit union needs minutes showing the following information to get credit cards:
a. who authorizes the town to apply for credit cards-Mayor Byron Davis
b. who is authorized to use general credit card-Mayor Davis, Kevin Washburn, Erika Anderson
c. who is authorized to use fire dept credit card-Shawn Robison, Katy Sedlak
d. Dollar limit to place on each credit card-suggested to set limit at $5000 per card
Adjourn:
Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month.
