CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Campbell 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Sands B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from May 03, 2023 Regular Business Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from April 2023. D. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - Uniform Fee Schedule to update the encroachment permit application fee. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - Discharge of Fireworks to designate a specific location and times to discharge fireworks within the city limits. 3. Discussion and possible action on the Amended Final Plat Application submitted by Nicole Baker located at Trail Ridge Estates Phase 2, Lot 38. Tax ID #: T-MVTR-2-38. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Agricultural Zone A-0.5 to establish a .5-acre minimum lot area for agricultural use. 5. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Commercial Design Standards to modify building and architectural design standards. 6. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Nightly Rental Ordinance to establish conditions for Commercial Zones. 7. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Nightly Rental Ordinance to establish conditions for nightly rental dwellings within the city. E. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Toquerville City Neighborhood Market - Saturday, May 20th, 2023, at City Hall (Every 3rd Saturday through October) at 9:00 AM 2. Memorial Day Preparation - Thursday, May 25th, 2023 at Toquerville Cemetery at 6:00 PM 3. Memorial Day - Monday, May 29, 2023, at Toquerville Cemetery at 10:00 AM 4. 4th of July Celebration - Tuesday, July 4th, 2023, at Center Street Park at 7:00 AM 5. 24th of July Celebration - Monday, July 24th, 2023 F.
