PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of the Local Building Authority of Emery County will meet at 2:30pm on May 16, 2023 in the Emery County Courthouse Commission Chambers, 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah.

Discuss/Approve/Deny meeting minutes from the January 10, 2023 LBA Meeting
Ratification of contract between Western States Mechanical and Emery County Local Building Authority regarding water treatment system valve/regulator upgrades.
Discuss/Approve/Deny awarding the RFP for the Huntington Senior Citizen Center Pre Construction Engineering to Jones and Demille Engineering.
Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between Emery County Local Building Authority and Jones and Demille Engineering for Professional Engineering Services (SRERC)
Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between Emery County Local Building Authority and BYU for gasification advisor services.
Discuss/Approve/Deny agreement between Emery County Local Building Authority and Morley & McConkie, LC for commercial appraisals.
Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority.
Any other business which may regularly come before the Board.
