All applications must be reviewed at the Staff Joint Development meeting which are conducted as noticed, usually the first Tuesday of the month. The following complete applications, determined by staff to be ready to proceed to the Planning Commission, are on the Planning Commission agenda and will be heard in the following order:
(Please note: Any public hearing item comments will be limited to 2 minutes per person per item and will be strictly adhered to. A spokesperson representing a group to summarize their concerns will be allowed 5 minutes to speak. Repetitious commentary will not be allowed.)
1. ROAD DEDICATION (Public Meeting). Review of a road dedication on 800 N Circle in New Harmony. The road is being dedicated to the County by multiple landowners.
2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Public Hearing). Review of a conditional use permit for a 24-inch waterline, approximately 7,500 feet along Old Highway 91. The applicant is the Washington County Water Conservancy District.
3. FINAL PLAT (Public Meeting). The applicant is proposing a two-lot subdivision. Location of property is 221 S 300 W Veyo, UT 84782. The applicant is Brett Emett.
4. PROJECT PLAN & ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENTS & HILLSIDE GRADING DEVELOPMENT (Public Hearing). Review a zone change and amended project plan for parcels 1135-6-HV, 1135-7-HV, 1135-8-HV, 1135-9-HV, 1135-10-HV and 1135-11-HV. The location is in Kolob. The applicant is Onpala Holdings.
5. LANDSCAPE AND WATER CONSERVATION ORDINANCE (Public Hearing). Review proposed revisions to Title 10 zoning regulations for landscape and water conservation standards and ordinances.
6. MINUTES. Consider approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting held on April 11th, 2023.
7. COUNTY COMMISSION ACTION REVIEW. Review of action taken by the County Commission on planning items.
8. COMMISSION & STAFF REPORTS.
