Invitation to Submit Proposals:
The City of South Salt Lake will accept Proposals for the project titled:
Owner's Representative, Project Manager, and Construction Management Services: Public Works Campus Remodel and Expansion, until 3:00 p.m. on May 29th, 2023. Proposals received after 3:00 p.m. will not be opened. The scope of work for this contract includes owner's representative, project management and construction management services for construction of a public works facility and supporting campus. All required documents for the request for proposals process shall be directly submitted to South Salt Lake City Recorder's office via email to Ariel Andrus at: aandrus@sslc.gov or via SciQuest, until 3:00 p.m. on May 29th, 2023.
Written questions can be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Director, Jonathan Weidenhamer at jweidenhamer@sslc.gov and copied to Kerryn Talbot at ktalbot@sslc.gov before 4:00 p.m. on May 19th, 2023. Responses to written questions will be posted on SciQuest by 5:00 p.m. on May 22nd.There will NOT be a Pre-Submittal Meeting for this project. Proposals will be opened 3:00 p.m. MST on May 29th, 2023.The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
