Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from March 7, 2023 Special City Council Meeting, April 5, 2023 Special City Council Meeting, April 5, 2023 Regular Business Meeting, April 11, 2023 Special City Council Meeting and April 11, 2023 Special City Council Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from March 2023. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS 1. Stanley Consulting - Toquerville Parkway updates. E. PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Public input is sought on FY 24 budget. F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Modifying Toquerville City Code Chapter 7 - Cemetery. 2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX - Uniform Fee Schedule to update Cemetery Fees, Commercial Culinary Water Fees, and Building Culinary Connection Fee. 3. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Modifying Toquerville City Code Title 10, Chapter 17, Article 3 - Nightly Rental Ordinance. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Consolidation of Contiguous Lots and Parcels. 5. Discussion and possible action a zone change application submitted by Bob Lichfield.
