DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. April 12, 2023
2. Final Plat
A. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES PLAT B. The proposal involves creating 30 residential units for a townhome development located at 1100 South 200 East.
3. Site Plan
A. 1000 NORTH 600 EAST WIDENING. This proposal involves making improvements to the 1000 North 600 East intersection.
B. DISC GOLF RESTROOMS. This proposal would allow for the construction of a building at approximately 1379 West 520 South.
4. Concept Review
A. AMSOURCE DRIVE THRU ATM. The concept involves construction of a free standing ATM to be located in the parking lot at approximately 1050 North 40 East.
B. VESTA. The concept involves the potential development of a site located at approximately 2000 South 3600 East.
C. EAST MEADOWS ESTATES PLAT D. The concept involves the potential development of 10 residential lots located at approximately 800 South 2100 East.
