- EMERGENCY CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA APRIL 15, 2023 AT 8:00 AM 505 EAST 2600 NORTH NORTH OGDEN, UT 84414 ACTIVE AGENDA 1. Discussion and/or action on the flood relief efforts on 1700 North, including whether or not to dredge the ditch on the south side of the roadway. By order of Council Member Phillip Swanson, and Council Member Jay D Dalpias, and Council Member Ryan Barker on this 14th day of April at 6:15 pm.
