- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, April 20th, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - A recommendation for an Amendment to the Farmington City General Land Use Map element of the City's General Plan to change the designation from RRD (Rural Residential Density) to the CA-BP (Class A Business Park) designation at 77 and 111 South 650 West. (MP-1-23) - A recommendation for Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan and Schematic subdivision plan for the proposed Cottrell Hills Subdivision, which will consist of 7 lots on 2.15 acres, located at 9,35, and 79 South 300 East. in the OTR-F zone (S-3-23). - Schematic Site Plan approval, and a recommendation for a Development Agreement, and application for the Agriculture Planned District overlay zone for an additional building and site plan alterations for Ace Athletics at 874 South Shirley Rae Drive.
