SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of South Salt Lake will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of reviewing and taking action on the following items: An application for a recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council to amend the South Salt Lake Zoning Map to change the zoning at approximately 547-617 East 3900 South, to include the Townhome Overlay to allow for the development of a proposed townhome project. The applicant is C.W. Urban. An application for preliminary plat approval for a 61-lot subdivision plat located at 547-617 East 3900 South. The applicant is C.W. Urban.
