Board of Trustees Meeting - April 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
ITEM 1: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE JORDANELLE RIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 (THE 'DISTRICT'), MAKING A FINDING THAT THE DISTRICT HAS OBTAINED CONSENT OF 100% OF THE SURFACE PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT TO THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $75,000,000 OF LIMITED TAX BONDS AND THAT THERE ARE NO REGISTERED VOTERS WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT; AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING OF A NOTICE OF THE DISTRICT'S INTENT TO ISSUE LIMITED TAX BONDS AND IMPOSE PROPERTY TAXES; DELEGATING TO CERTAIN OFFICERS OF THE DISTRICT THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE THE PROVISIONS OF THE NOTICE AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS.
