NORTH VILLAGE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the administrative control board of the North Village Special Service District will have a public hearing on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m., in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider a proposed increase to the District's water and secondary water rates. A report explaining the proposed rate increase will be presented at the hearing. The purpose of the hearing will be to explain the reason for the proposed rate increase and to hear comments on the proposed rate increase.
