CONSIDER JESS ON-SITE GRAVEL SCREENING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP)
Robert Jess applied for an 'on-site rock crusher/gravel screening' permit:
- Property owned by Thurston Family Trust (Troy Thurston)
- 40 W 1250 N, Suite 5A on 3 acres, in a residential zone (RE-20)
- Parcel ID: 04-049-0010
- Purpose: Utilize onsite rock and gravel for Lone Cedar Subdivision
LEGISLATIVE ITEMS:
CONSIDER EXISTING AND NEW RESIDENTIAL ZONES
Consider creating new zone categories, possibly mixing intensities and options. Zone R-4/6 could cover detached housing of 4-6 lots/acre, zone R-8/12 could cover attached housing of 8-12 units/acre.
CONSIDER NEW MIXED-USE ZONE
Review latest draft of a new Mixed-Use zone (MXD), allowing commercial mixed with retail, and providing a variety of housing options. The zone addresses the application process and development plan review, allowed and conditional uses, site development standards, parking, open space options, landscaping and more.
