PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 11:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. March 22, 2023
2. Site Plan
A. DUTCH BROS COFFEE. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 193 East 1000 North.
3. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat
A. CANYON COURT URBAN. The proposal involves changing the current zone and approving a mixed-use development located at 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway.
4. Title 15 Amendments
A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. The proposal involves various amendments to Municipal Code regarding Title 15 Land Use.
5. Annexations
A. GWC 320 ANNEXATION. The proposal involves a request for annexation into the city of approximately 535 acres located at 3800 North 1400 West.
B. ANNEXATION POLICY AMENDMENT. The proposal involves amending the current Annexation Policy boundry.
6. Preliminary Plat
A. WESTRIDGE BUSINESS PARK. The proposal involves approval of a Preliminary Plat creating two lots for a non-residential development located at approximately 3700 North 600 West.
