See attachment with slides. General Meeting Items Review & Approve Meeting Minutes - Jan. 19, 2022 Kari Malkovich motioned to approve the Jan 19, 2023 minutes. Dave Ulibarri seconded the motion. All were in favor and the motion passed unanimously. General LEPC Business Kelly Johnson - LEPC Chair Goals agreed upon at the January Meeting - Grow the group By-laws - the board will be responsible for changing the current by-laws with input from members. Create onboarding packets - this will be accomplished through an ad-hoc committee. Committee will consist of the following members: Melissa Wall Hannah Jones Katrina Navarro Ryan Bird Robin Ebmeyer LEPC Membership (forms and new members) - posted online at lepc.utahcounty.gov Earthquake Response. Kelly passed around the updated 'Putting Down Roots' booklet put out by the Utah Geological Survey. The PDF can be downloaded at https://geology.utah.gov/new-release-putting-down-roots-in-earthquake-country-2nd-edition/ Action Items - None Briefings Local Incident Briefs Reminder from McWayne Ductile to prepare now for flooding in and around your businesses. Take proactive measures in regularly testing and knowing what to look for to prevent environmental contamination and damage to your facility. Those in areas with a high water table are already seeing some issues, those may increase with the run-off. Thayne Routh thanked the industries for their timely Tier2 submissions to the portal. More businesses submitted this year than last.
