NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DOWNTOWN EAST STREETCAR SEWER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON MARCH 13, 2023, SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 1:00 pm.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on January 20, 2023. (Note: A quorum was not present for the meeting scheduled on February 14, 2023, so the meeting was cancelled and no business was conducted by the Board.)
2. Review and approve first payment request, for $158,503.65, received from South Salt Lake on March 10, 2023.
C. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-06B: A resolution of the board of trustees of Downtown East Streetcar Sewer Public Infrastructure District to annex approximately 1.30 acres; authorizing the plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters. (Note: This is a potential re-approval of Resolution 2022-06 and 2022-06A, previously approved on November 18, 2022, and December 15, 2022, respectively).
