2. Public Hearing: Refunding Bonds, Series 2023
Proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be used to finance the refunding of all or a part of the Issuer's outstanding sales tax revenue bonds in order to achieve a debt service savings, the proceeds of which were originally used to finance the acquisition of land and facilities for use as an aquarium and related improvements (the 'Refunding'), (b) fund a deposit to a debt service reserve fund, if necessary, and (c) pay costs of issuance of the Bonds. The Project is located at 12033 Lone Peak Parkway, Draper, Utah, and leased by the Issuer to The Living Planet, Inc.
