NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL & RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON MARCH 9, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 2:00 pm.

B. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held February 17, 2023.
C. Public Hearings
1. Hold a Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the Issuance of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022A-1 (the '2022A-1 Senior Bonds') and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2022B (the '2022B Subordinate Bonds' and collectively, the 'LT Bonds'); and (b) any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the LT Bonds may have on the private sector. C. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2023-03A, a Resolution adopting amended bylaws, which clarify the parameters for appointment of District officers.
2. Consider appointing Larry Myler the Vice Chair of the District. (All other officers proposed to remain unchanged, i.e. James Horsley-Chair; Heather McDougald-Clerk/Secretary; and Adam Campbell-Treasurer.)
