- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the Provo City 820 N & Lakeview Pkwy Signal Project, Bid No. PROVOEN202323389. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Aug 10, 2023 at the Provo City Engineering Office, 1377 South 350 East, Provo, Utah 84606, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Construction of 3 traffic signal systems at 820 N 900 E, 2470 W Lakeview Pkwy, and 2770 W Lakeview Pkwy. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by October 31, 2023. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) or at the office of the Provo City Engineering Division beginning July 24, 2022. The cost of the contract documents, when obtained from Provo City Engineering, is $30.00 and is non-refundable. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald July 21, 29, 31 2023; posted on SciQuest and Utah Public Notice beginning July 24, 2023 through Aug 10, 2023.
