- Amended previous minutes: February 1, 2023 - By Commissioner Newton's request, to strike previous amendment to minutes regarding Newton Subdivision. Corrected amendment for Newton Subdivision should state that there will be a cleanout from the house and then stubbed off for future growth. The line will join the manhole on Platt Lane.
