H & M Investment Properties- Requesting a rezone from A1 to R1 on property located at 159 W 4000 S, Vernal, Utah; Serial Number 06:031:0039. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS 2. Derrick Atwood- Requesting a conditional use permit for light manufacturing and outdoor storage located at 6059 E 4000 S, Independence, Utah; Serial Number 15:004:0007. PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS 3.
