Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 05:30 PM on 02/22/2023. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

b. RESOLUTION NO. 2023-02. Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution Establishing, Reestablishing and Amending Certain Job Descriptions and Related Job Description Matters.
c. SURLPUS PROPERTY DECLARATION: OFFICE FURNISHINGS-Consideration and possible approval to declare the various office furnishings listed as surplus property in order to sell them to the public through the online auction to be held at PUBLICSURPLUS.COM scheduled for March 2023.

PROJECT 1C-2023 SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM CLEANING- Consideration and possible approval to award the Sewer Collection System Cleaning Project to Twin D, Schedule A (FY23) = $58,253.00 & Schedule B(FY24) = $52,820.20; Total Project =$110,073.20. Other Bid Received from Pro Pipe PPE: Total Bid Price = $210,614.40.
c. UNITED WAY OF EASTERN UTAH LEASE EXTENSION. Consideration and possible approval of a lease extension for United Way of Eastern Utah to occupy space in Price City Hall.
d. CAREER TRACK AND PROMOTION. Consideration and possible approval of a career track and promotion plan for Seth Huntington in the Price City IT Department.
e. TECHNOLOGY ENHANCEMENT GRANT. Consideration and possible approval for Price City Library to apply for the Technology Enhancement Grant.
