1. ASPEN MEADOWS PROPOSED MOUNTAIN ZONING. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will give input on the proposed 'Mountain Zoning' in the draft Aspen Meadows Development Agreement and may give input to staff and applicant.
2. ACTION - RIDGE VIEW TOWNHOMES SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Commission will review the proposed Ridge View Townhomes subdivision and may make a recommendation to the Town Council.
