Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council will hold a Millcreek Committee meeting at approximately 4:00 p.m., or soon thereafter on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: the CWC offices located at the Gateway, 41 N. Rio Grande Street Ste 102, Salt Lake City, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Millcreek Committee Scheduled for Tuesday, 21 February 2023; beginning at 4:00 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

1. Chair Tom Diegel will open the public meeting as Chair of the Millcreek Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
2. Review and approval of the Minutes from the October 17, 2022 meeting.
4:05 P.M. FLAP Grant Discussion
1. Members of the Millcreek Canyon Committee and the Commission will discuss the FLAP Grant.
5:00 P.M. Other Business and updates relating to Millcreek Canyon
5:30 P.M. Adjourn
1. Chair Tom Diegel will close the public meeting as Chair of the Millcreek Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
