building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.
This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.

Public Forum
Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Mayor and Council's
attention. Comments will be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor.
State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda.
New Business
7. The Miss Genola Contestants will present their service projects that will be carried out if they
win. The Miss Genola pageant is to be held on March 18 , 2023, at Goshen Elementary
School.
8. Introduction of the new recreation director Kathleen Banfill and a discussion and possible
action on the need to raise the fee for field use by other cities and towns.
9. Discussion and possible action on the status of the tank and well project budget and costs.
10. Discussion and possible action on the Election this year and if Genola will be doing rank
choice voting.
11. Discussion and possible action on the arena agreement with the rope club. Chad Coburn
said the rope club has no changes from the previous year.

The Town Council may exercise their right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and
