The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Monday, the 13th day of February 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.
Public Comments - If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.

4. Consideration and Action on an Interior Accessory Dwelling Unit Permit Application for Cody and Bernadette Cole located at 50 Bridge Road - Cody & Bernadette Cole
5. Consideration and Action on a Grading/Excavation Permit Application to mitigate erosion by the Virgin River along Jim Toomey's property located at 268 W. Grafton Road - Jim Toomey & Alan Lee
6. Consideration and Action on a Grading/Excavation Permit Application to add fill dirt to along the south boundary of Ken Rybkiewicz's property located at 115 Bridge Road - Ken Rybkiewicz
7. Approval of the minutes for the January 10, 2023, Regular Meeting.
