NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in the County Government Center, 2001 So. State Street, North Building, Room N1-110, Salt Lake City, Utah, on January 31, 2023, at the 4:00 PM County Council meeting. This meeting was originally scheduled to be held at the same location for the January 24, 2023, 4:00 PM County Council meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the transfer of a park by Salt Lake County to Murray City. The description of the park is as follows: 1. Riverview Park, located at 5844 South 700 East, Murray City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah 84107 (Parcel Nos. 21-14-426-032-0000, 21-14-426-019-0000, 21-14-426-031-0000). This public hearing will be simulcast electronically via Webex Events. The Council will also broadcast a live-stream of this public hearing on Facebook live, which may be accessed at http://www.facebook.com/slcocouncil, and through Cisco Webex. Individuals wishing to comment must access the public hearing using the Webex link indicated in the Salt Lake County Council's January 31st, 2023, 4:00 PM Meeting Agenda (which can be accessed at slco.legistar.com) by the beginning of the 'Citizen Public Input' portion of the public hearing. If an individual is unable to attend the public hearing, they may also email their comments to councilwebex@slco.org by 10:00 AM the day of the public hearing to have those comments distributed to the Council and read into the record at the appropriate time. The first time joining via the link may take longer to get through the set-up steps. Please plan accordingly. Please include 'Resident' ahead of your first name when you join the public hearing to be identified as wanting to give comment; otherwise, you will not be identified as wanting to give comment.
