1. Planning Commission Meeting Minutes - December 8, 2022.
2. Consideration of a Home Occupation Permit for singing lessons and occasional chocolate making classes located at 1358 North 500 East. The applicant is Cynthia Hart.
Action Items
3. Appointment of Planning Commission Chairman and Vice-Chairman for 2023.
4. Consideration of a Project Plan for a 21-bed Assisted Living Facility located at 1611 West 250 South in the General Commercial (GC-1) zone.
