Notice of Intent to Abandon Canal and Water Conveyance Easement
Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 57-13a-104, Huntington-Cleveland Irrigation Company hereby gives notice of its intent to abandon its casements for the canal and associated water conveyance facilities, known as North Cleveland Canal, with a description of:
North Branch Cleveland Canal
From approximately 39.39958 N 110.86045 W (Point A) at the Timothy Wash more or less North East to approximately 39.40880 N 110.85279 W (Point B) which is the Elmo Canal Diversion. From there heading more or less North West to approximately 39.43425 N 110.86313 W (Point C) which is at the Washboard Wash crossing. From there heading more or less North East to approximately 39.43425 N 110.85369 (Point D) which is the Twin Peaks Road crossing. From there heading more or less North East to approximately 39.45171 N 110.85133 W (Point E) which is the Twin Peaks Wash. From there heading South East to approximately 39.44309 N 110.82493 W (Point F)which is the end of the North Branch Cleveland Canal.
Elmo Canal
From approximately 39.40880 N 110.85279 W (Point B) which is the Elmo Canal Diversion heading more or less South East to approximately 39.39231 N 110.81947 W (Point G) which is the Elmo Center Street crossing. From there heading more or less North East to approximately 39.39550 N 110.80093 W (Point H) which is the end of the Elmo Canal.
The above-described real property is located in Emery County, State of Utah. and is depicted on the map attached as Exhibit A.
