NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE KANE COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of the Kane County Redevelopment Agency, Utah, will hold a Redevelopment Agency Meeting on Thursday December 22, 2022 for purposes of holding a Public Hearing. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm and will be held in the Town Council Room at the Big Water Town Hall located at 60 Aaron Burr Big Water, UT 84741.
*The Chair of the Kane County Redevelopment Agency, in his discretion, may accept public comment on any listed agenda item unless more notice is required by the Open and Public Meetings Act.

2. Kane County Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. R-2022-11: a Resolution authorizing the Glen Canyon Solar A Project - Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan as the official plan for the Glen Canyon CRA Project Area and related matters.
3. Kane County Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. R-2022-12: a Resolution authorizing the Glen Canyon Solar A Project - Community Reinvestment Project Area Budget as the official budget for the Glen Canyon CRA Project Area and related matters.
4. Diversion of Property Tax for a Community Reinvestment Project Area: Discussion and Consideration to Authorize the Kane County Redevelopment Agency to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Kane County, related to the Glen Canyon Solar A Project - Community Reinvestment Project Area
