TOWN OF ORDERVILLE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA
The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will be held Wednesday,
December 21, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required.

1. PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDERVILLE TOWN ZONING ORIDNANCE:
Current Ordinance Language:
8.11.3 Conditional Uses
a. Single Family Dwelling
b. small scale Agriculture uses, Farming, Gardening
c. Low Impact Commercial Recreation
d. Restaurant
e. Lodging
f. Cabins
g. Other uses similar to the above and judged by the Town of Orderville Planning & Zoning Commission to be in harmony with the character and intent of this zone.
New Language for Ordinance
8.11.2 Permitted Uses
a. Single-family dwelling.
b. Animals and fowl for recreation or for the production of family food for the use of the person living on the premises.
c. Household pets.
d. The tilling of the soil, the raising of crops, horticulture, and gardening.
e. Private stable, corral, chicken coop, or pen.
f. Accessory uses and buildings customarily incidental to the above.
g. One off-street RV pad or Tiny House with complete hookups. Rental of the RV or Tiny House is Prohibited.

2. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL RECOMMENDATION OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDERVILLE TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE AS LISTED ABOVE TO THE ORDERVILLE TOWN COUNCIL
3. EMILY LEYLAND - CONSIDER RECOMENDING APPROVAL/DENIAL OF A ZONE CHANGE OF PARCEL O-4-85A-1-ANNEX FROM AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL (AR) TO COMMERCIAL (C-1) TO THE ORDERVILLE TOWN COUNCIL
4. ROSALIE ESPLIN - CONSIDER RECOMMENDING APPROVAL/DENIAL OF SPLITTING PARCEL 0-4-121-ANNEX INTO TWO PARCELS
5. DOMINIC LANDMAN - CONSIDER RECOMMENDING FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A CONDITIONAL
