- Holden Town Council Agenda November 8, 2022 Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of September 14,2022, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 6. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department b. Jim Blodgett - Roads and Land fill c. Josalyn Stevens- Parks, Recreation and CERT d. David Wood- Electric e. Mayor Darren Fox - Cemetery and Employees 7. New Business a. Mark Stephenson b. PTIF Resolution c. Shay from Six County d. Adoption of Parameters Resolution ' Consideration for the adoption of a Parameter Resolution authorizing the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds of Holden Town, Millard County, Utah and the calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project' 8.
