NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF JEPSON CANYON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 16 22, 2022, AT THE OFFICE OF SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 1:00 P.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on November 18, 2022.

3. 2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.
C. Public Hearings
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on November 18, 2022, which is proposed to be adopted, with amendments, as the Final Budget for calendar year 2023. (1:00 pm)
D. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2022-04, adopting a Final Budget for calendar year 2023, the previously adopted ad valorem tax rate remaining unchanged from the prior year.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-05, a resolution of the Board of Trustees approving an adjustment to the District boundaries, following receipt of petition for annexation signed by property owners; authorizing the plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters.
3. Consider adoption of annual meeting schedule for calendar year 2023.
