VII. General Discussion Items
The CED Board focus for 2023; what are our goals?
What are the goals of each community that can help us coordinate efforts and secure grants?
Review Board Member Terms- See Attached
Additional Board Member needs to be recruited
Do we want to return to onsite meetings held in a different community every quarter? Would you like to have an outdoor picnic next year? If so, can we secure a park in one of the communities? We could also team up with the TTAB for a collaborative meeting.

November 9th San Juan County Business Conference and Expo- Sponsors and
Swag. Save the 2023 Date of November 3rd, 2023
We have submitted a grant to replace the Boiler in the Historic part of the Court House.
Submitted the Rural Grant Application for 200,000
Once the application is approved, I will send out the Rural Grant Application for your review, and we can start the Application process to get the funding distributed in January.

Quorum shall consist of at least sixty percent (60%) of the active Membership. Still, a lesser number shall have the power to adjourn to a later date without notice.
