Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated; Section 52-4-202 (6), Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold a Council Meeting on Wednesday December 14th, 2022, commencing at 6:00 p.m. This will be hosted in the Council Chambers of the City Hall.

MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of the Adventure Hub playground area at the fairgrounds and related improvements (the 'Project') to be funded by the Bonds.
