6:30 P.M. 4. Escrow Agreement. Discussion and possible action to consider approving the Escrow Agreement for Peak View Plazas PUD, located at approximately 400 W 2700 N. (Presenter: Amy Mabey)
6:35 P.M. 5. Consolidated Fee Schedule. Discussion and possible action to consider amending Consolidated Fee Schedule:
a. Eliminate the requirement to maintain a credit balance of $1,0000 for Accounts Receivables Deposit Accounts.
b. Address fees for Boundary Adjustments to reflect actual costs. Resolution 2022-W. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom)
