WALES TOWN COUNCIL
NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed.
The agenda shall be as follows:

Approval of minutes for meeting held on Nov. 1, 2022.
Approval for payment of November invoices

1. 6-month Extension of Temporary Land Use Regulation #6-7-22(1)-moratorium on all building permits requiring a new city water connection, etc.
2. Mel Gull-water leak payment relief
3. Lacey Weber-water leak payment relief
4. Michael Tripp-bldg permit/water connection in progress
5. Tim and Carol Eastman-bldg permit/water connection in progress
6. Hydro Specialties-meters that send readings to town hall computer-no need to go house to house to read meters
7. Ron Thompson-cemetery fee schedule

Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting. Town council meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month.
