NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON NOVEMBER 22, 2022 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:35 A.M.

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on September 20, 2022.
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting
C. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023 and setting a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
2. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-03A, A resolution of the Board of Trustees approving the withdrawal of approximately 1.887 acres from the District boundaries, following receipt of petition for withdrawal signed by property owners; authorizing the plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters.
