NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF JEPSON CANYON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON NOVEMBER 18, 2022, AT THE OFFICE OF SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 10:00 A.M.

1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023 and setting a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
