- Request for Proposals Gunnison City is inviting proposals to update the Gunnison City Ballfield Complex. The project will include additional bleachers, shade canopies, picnic area and ballfield lighting. Potential funding for this project includes a Community Development Block Grant and all construction, procurements, labor, and reporting requirements may be subject to federal requirements. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, information on the Guidelines for Preparing a proposal will be available November 14, 2022 and may be obtained from the Gunnison City Web site www.gunnisoncity.org. The deadline for submitting a proposal is 2:00pm on November 28, 2022. The right is reserved by Gunnison City to reject any and all proposals. Gunnison City encourages prime consultants to use Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and Women's Business Enterprise as sub-consultants where practicable. November 14, 2022 Gunnison City Dennis L.
