Pledge of Allegiance and Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: (Board Member: Richard Evans) b. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest 4:35 P.M. 2. Appointments. a. Discussion and possible action to appoint the Chair and Vice Chair for the Board of Adjustment. 4:40 P.M. 3. Consent Items. a. Meeting Minutes for June 27th 2022 and August 22, 2022 meetings. 4:45 P.M. 4. Variance Application. Discuss and consider a proposed variance to the zoning requirement for a 50-foot front yard setback (i.e. the required distance of the building from the property line) to allow this required distance to be reduced to a 25-foot setback, for the main dwelling on the property, which is Lot 28 in the Pole Patch Subdivision 2, located along Waterfall Drive. (Presenter: Brandon Bell) 5. Adjournment Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, commencing at 4:30 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
